My world changed when I encountered Katie for the first time and along with it- breath work. The medicine she gives, the facilitation, the heart behind it all is unlike anything I have ever experienced. Through various breath works together I discovered a new avenue of healing and discoveries about my self. Quite simply, since meeting her my life has changed. My whole family is now getting to know breath work, and I am on a path to hopefully one day facilitate myself. I highly recommend Katie’s work in any and every capacity you can engage.
