Full Moon Virtual Monthly Gathering

From first bleed to far beyond the last we gather in circle, ceremony, and womanhood reflecting, re-defining, resourcing, and remembering.

We gather monthly on the Full Moon to hold ritual, to release that which is no longer serving. Together, we as women tend the fire at the center for those yet to come.

We breathe life into the seeds of our vision for the future and purge out that which is creating stagnancy and repetition of suffering. Together we support each other on a journey of rising into leadership, no matter where we are on the path.

We tend to have a collective vision of women rising into power in a way that regenerates themselves and the Earth. Together we open and together we bloom. Our journey culminates with a 4 day retreat in the Appalachian Mountains at Laughing Waters Retreat Center behind Katie’s home.

Moon Cycle Attunement Course

A POWERFUL 7 week immersive virtual container

Designed to re-awaken the wisdom of the womb and ignite intimacy with our inner cycles, rhythms and seasons as women.

A reclamation of the sacred wild terrain that is our body. An invitation to fall back in love with your blood as the sacred elixir of creation, yourself as the oracle and seer of your own divinity, and sisterhood as a cauldron for transformation, transmutation, and powerful co-creation.

We gather weekly to travel through each inner season, in alignment with the moon as she waxes, peaks in fullness, wanes, and becomes new again, we too will do the same. We work with breath, sound, movement, group process work, creative journaling, art, and Earth Ritual to re-connect to our center, integrate the lessons, and re-create our realities to serve our highest vibrational path forward.

Through the exploration of our inner seasons, we gain profound wisdom about our essence and our shadows, about the archetypes that we play out in beneficial ways and where we may be stuck and repeating archetypal patterns that keep us in lower vibrational states of suffering.

Each season within our cycle carries its own distinct energy, opportunities, and challenges. These nuances serve as a profound mirror, allowing you to understand yourself deeply, nurture your well-being, and embody your innate strength and creativity. Embracing this cyclical wisdom empowers you to create a life that allows  you to thrive.  This container is designed for women ready to take power back over their lives by remembering the magick possible when living in alignment with the rhythm and cycle of their Earth, their body, their blood, and their own innate truth. 

We come together on Zoom, from all over the World, to walk this path together. We meet virtually 7 times as a group and 7 times 1:1 for personal integration work! Curious to learn more?! Reach out!

This course will:

• Provide fact based educational information on the inner cycles, seasons, and rhythms within the female body and how that impacts us energetically and emotionally.

• Moon tracking- tracking your bleed, energy levels, sexuality, throughout our 7 week journey to witness and understand your cyclical nature. 

  
  
  

• Provide a ceremonial container to journey into breathwork as a medium for expanding our capacity to be present in our bodies with the fullness of our experience.
